About Colonial Properties

Colonial Properties opened in May of 2005 with only a handful of cabins, not to mention lots of excitement and anticipation to watch our business grow. We have successfully grown to over a hundred properties within a short period of time and maintained no more than 120 properties to ensure rental growth and productivity for our owners. We feel that our owners are our most important asset to our company and are grateful for their dedication to Colonial Properties.

Our staff has developed as well, from only three employees to an average of ten employees to manage, create and maintain reservations for our owners and create the ultimate guest experience for our guests. We take pride in knowing that we strive to go above and beyond the initial sales experience to bring each guest to a personal feeling of family and friendship when greeted at check in.
